Tryout Timeline
Registration 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Pick-up your Capelli dri-fit numbered tryout jersey from concession stand. Jersey to be worn both days of tryout)

Tryout Session 5:30pm – 7:30pm. We strongly recommend players attend each tryout session in their geographic area so that we may fairly assess their ability level

 

All parents are required to attend at least one meeting from 5:45pm – 7:00pm which covers an explanation of the roster selection process, pricing, season details and uniform samples for proper sizing. Sample uniforms will be available to try on.  

 

Explanation of Fees

There are three fees associated with Coast FA Select teams which are the uniform fee, club fees and team fees.

1.Uniform fee is 320.00 and the uniform is used for two full years. Package includes 2 match jerseys, 2 match shorts, 2 pair of match socks, 3 training jerseys & 1 full zip training jacket.

2. Club fees are paid to Coast FA to cover club operating costs such as field rentals, field maintenance, wages, insurance, utilities, etc. These fees range from 698.00 to 948.00 per year depending on the age of your team.

3. Team fees are your pro rata share of costs associated with your particular team and they are paid to your team manager. These fees cover your tournament and league entry costs, referee fees, coach travel reimbursements, etc.

Refund Policy

SELECT PLAYER FEE(S) OBLIGATION AND REFUND POLICY (Does not apply to Rec players).   I acknowledge that I am aware of the published fee schedule of Coast FA and Ocean Strand Soccer Inc and agree to pay all applicable fees for the entire seasonal year once I have paid the applicable deposit to hold a spot on the applicable team roster and/or the uniform kit fee, whether my child participates for the entire seasonal year or not.  Coast FA reserves the right to place a hold on any player transfers in which there remains a balance due and reserves the right to suspend a player in whom there is a delinquent balance on such player’s account.  No refunds will be applicable after a player accepts his/her roster spot except for certifiable injury or the participant moves away from the greater Grand Strand area. In the event of a refund, only that part of the applicable fees that have not been expensed shall be refunded.
